Click on Movie settings, Then wide screen the choose 16:9 then record on HQ. That should do it.

wat editing system do u use cause i tried using windows movie maker and it wont let me import vids

try using corell video studio 12. It works well with SR45

Down load "Any Video Converter" and format the video, Or use Sony's Movie Maker.
Can you use this camera as a capture card?
