bast on my ability to play gutuitar angus is a much better guitar player in the fact that he plays much much much much more difficuly chords. anguses solos also involve a mixture of chords and alot of blues scales that are just more difficult to play that slalsh's solos. one thing i would also like to point out is it is incredible hard to recreat ac dc "sound". its very easy to do for guns and roses

@slimyesli i had some old man try to bet me money the queen origanly did welcome to the jungle and he even tried to go get the album but couldnt find it. ive only recently attempted to find out and i cant find any info about it so its more then likely a gnr song. and everyone i really love gnr but ive been able to match there guitar playing very close with alot of there songs and i have trouble "getting that sound" with ac/dc. even with a sg and vintage modern(nearly exactly what angus uses).

on one hand, slash's solos are killer, you gotta love them, but angus is pure rock n roll he puts alot of movement into his performances and slash doesnt. on the other hand, the GNR of today is shit, whereas AC/DC is still rocking hard, i even saw them around halloween. so AC/DC is better on the whole than GNR. Slash is more melodic and has that tone that makes you get pumped while angus uses easy chords to make awesome riffs that a 5 year old could play...angus' solos do not compare to Slash's...its close (kind of) but Slash blows Angus away
