how practical can ginastica be introduce to elder folks say people in their 40s-50s or 60s?? Especially if they have been 'outta shape' for quite sometime?? Thanks!!

@borneowarrior I know this comment is over a year old. But you shouldn't worry about age. Just start slowly and progress slowly. Helio Gracie was still rolling and teaching Jiu Jitsu well into his 90's.
Also keep a "childlike" mentality and have fun with it. That's something a lot successful people I noticed never lose.
