This is really bad. The way this works is it finds if the UNIX user "Root" is in use. Really when you're getting hacked (not jailbreaking) this user is what they get ahold of and do what'd they'ed like. The problem is when you jailbreak you become this user so it fucks us over and they think we're getting hacked when really we were the one that activated it. Let's hope this is a option for mobile me and not just a kill switch for all devices.

This is not at all about jailbreaking but about helping YOU find YOUR Lost iPhone. It just goes to show how lazy most "reporters" are. They all just copy each other without a thought. ITS TO FIND YOUR EFFING I PHONE.
Suckers in the sb settings for jailbreak you can disable the kill switch.
