u need help

first u need to learn to ease, this is where motions start small, and get bigger for each motion, but go small before t end like this |-|--|----|--------|----|--|-| | indicates new frame

- motion in pixels

also, learn to make it more fluid, this is by moving every joint in every frame, even if its only a little bit, otherwise, it looks stiff
