Great playing :) But I feel the pickups were too beefy on the main riff in the intro. Lead tone rocked! I have a Jackson SLSMG as well and i love the shit out of it :)

that jackson has the emgs on it right?what do you think about them for clean,bluesy tones?i probably will get the sls-3 soloist,with the duncans,cause they seem more versatile pickups,but im really interested in how those emgs are like :D

@Ghabriel123 Yes, they are the 81/85 EMGs. I think they are quite nice for clean. This 81/85 combo is made for hard rock and metal, but they still are great for the acoustic sound. They have a nice warm tone - kinda fat.

kewl video man, it's nice to see somebody really having fun with what they're doing. sometimes writing music stresses me out and it's not even enjoyable. i can tell you really have fun with it though.

I'm not for sure...my DX cost me $425 plus tax. I've talked to people who've got the DX more or less than that. You might just have to research them both and weigh your options. But be sure to check everywhere - like the guitar stores too - not just the web. that's all i guess i can help you with on prices.
