I think I ripped the video with a program called DVD Shrink then encoded it into an avi or mpeg. I can't remember which though, but I don't think it really matters.

It seems pretty crazy when you're watching it, but when you're on it, it isn't that bad.

As for the other rides, those coasters can tear you up if you're not prepared for being smacked side to side.
