that was some poor standard of thai,virtually not a single tech thrown properly.It looks like some tkd or karate lad pretending to do thai,you can tell the pad holder has some trainig though.I know the standard of thai in america at this time was extremely bad,kickboxing was way more popular and the low kick rule was rare.

@karlkuffs1975 i know exactly who tim mousel is for at least 15 yrs and hes a very competent practitioner and coach.At this stage his thai was atrocious as thai was very rare in america,it was kickboxing guys who used tkd style kicking and took a few seminars.
