i believe it's from a "Houghton and Mifflin Books" behind the scenes feautre for LOTR....yep, thats where I got it. I downloaded the scenes from the H. & M. website.

I'm not really sure. I just read that it was a deleted scene, but I don't know if it's ever put in DVD. Though some people say they've seen that scene. I wish I knew :'(

i think they were going to put a scene in kind of like the one they did for gollum, showing how frodo would've progressed if he'd kept the ring...*shivers*

A little "making-of" of the scene where Frodo would look like Gollum if he kept the ring ling enough, was actually previewed in the Two Towers appendices and they said they deleted that scene from the movie cuz it didn't have much use. But it would have been COOL if they kept it :P

sadly this is true.... its an amazing piece and would've been great to put in, but zzi guess there was little use for it so it was taken out =( But I wish they kept it in the actual movie, at least you can see it in the appendices
