  • STIHL FSA 65 ist besser !

  • Yea um my dad had purchased one of these so while hes mowing i can edge yea not to be rude but i need 2 batterys just to finish a small front lawn and they run flat does this mean we need new batterys or somethin

  • Sorry, but I would rather find a model 8209 type 2 corded electric 12" trimmer (4.3 amp motor), or its successors, the 8242 (1979-1981) or the 8255 "The Cutter" (1981-1985).

  • wow. and I just bought the 18v black and decker trimmer. I bought it because my 18v black and decker drill came with two 18v batteries and the 18v trimmer came with 2 batteries. So I have four 18v batteries for my trimmer. I LOVE the 18v trimmer and I will eventually upgrade to this bigger one. Now I want the 36v cordless lawn mower. My 3.5hp mower is on it's last leg...

  • gas powered trimmer are way better.

  • @jchan3123 cutting wise yes ,atmosphere and air wise no. if asthmatic it can make a big difference.

  • @Pianocarneseur12 battery powered outdoor equipment last around 30mins might just get a corded trimmer instead. electric has way less power and toque than gas. If you are a homeowner that have a small lawn you could get a electric but i would still recommend a gas powered.

I still agree about not polluting the air but for commercial use you would never see them using a electric.

  • @jchan3123 I agree with everything i mean haha it be impossible in most cases to use electric trimmers for commercial use.

  • @jchan3123 The reason consumer made battery powered products are weaker, torque wise, with electric is because the designers have to sacrifice the torque for run time. More torque requires more current and therefore kills batteries faster.
