@Carboose957naptime "the Duke of W gave sharpe control of his squard because sharpe saved his life" i know your comment was a month ago but i can't help myself, in the books sharpe only got command due to him and the 33 chosen men being cut off by sir john moors retreat and through the mix up of paper work.
I'm not trying to start a argument but i suggest that people read the books as well (first one is sharpe's tiger) as by doing that it makes the tv shows some what more effective ^^

@GGSDavejones Chronologically it is. First one written was Sharpe's Eagle though :P But I agree. The Tv show was good, the books are amazing.
