Um, no. If you actually knew the recorded version you would be able to recognize the difference between her tone here and there. The whistle note has a little run at the end of it on the recorded version. She keeps the note without a run at the end here. It sounds better recorded on the high part but this was an amazing performance nonetheless. I'd like to see any other female artist attempt this.

Her nodules are probably affecting her voice, that's why she struggles more and more raspiness. She could have surgery, but theres a good chance she won't end up the same, might be able to sing, just not be able to hit many notes that's she's now able to sing.

And eversince 1990 I VERY RARELY miss a live MC performance on TV so "I KNOW" when MC is really singing, excuse me, sangin' and when she's not, and that's as live as it gets.
