THUMBS DOWN, not funny !!!! Dublin is NOT a safe or comfortable city to walk or cycle around because of the freedom of motor car to speed around almost all of its streets .. you realise how overrun with traffic the centre of Dublin it is when you go to Ghent or Lille or Prague ...

Nice job - love the Beckett bridge reference! Couldn't believe it first time I attempted to cross it. Driving in Dublin: "no turn left", "no turn right" = wander all over the city to get to your destination = pollution, congestion, waste, more accidents .....

Why?.. Will It save lives ? Yes.. That GOBSHITE walking on the street like a headless fecken chicken oblivious of all around except his mobile phone!..More likely to cause your death than his own.. So now hes saved and theres one gobshite more..Just what we needed !..But if it only ended there. This gobshite could end up in a position to pass more gobshite legislation at best ..
