We Californians should be outraged that out-of-state oil companies are spending millions of dollars to deceive us into thinking Prop 23 is for our benefit and not theirs. I'm tired of wheezing my way through high smog days; and, I'm not about to perpetuate air pollution so some rich guys in Texas and Kansas can get richer.
