@ynevanoit Yes, but not everyone can percive them either because they are not in vibrational proximity to the energy of the "ghost" and/or because that person doesn't have the ability to translate that kind of vibration in a visual way (the mayority of us). But let' say is a high vibration ghost that a person can't see but when that person enters the room he/she can feel the wellness. Even tough the form remains unseen the vibe is there for everyone to be picked up, same with the opposite.
