It was wheel to wheel involvement too, and the car hit the bridge.
Does anyone know how Takashi could fly this high in the air? I mean, the starting lights are really high above the track, but he flew into it... Was he launched by hitting a car's back or something else?

I was born in 1973 and I will always be struck by Roger Williamson's crash, also and most of all because it happened the year I was born. This won't erase anyone else's death or the fact Williamson could die any other year.

I worked with Taka when he was in the UK and news of his death came as a shock to us at the racing factory (TOM'S GB) ...he test drove the F-Toyota car that I had been involved with redesigning in 1994 and then drove for us in British F3, first in the B-Class in 1995 (in a 1994 Dallara) and then in 1996 in one of our own chassis in the main class. Nice guy and a very sad loss.
