Just for the heck of it, I brought a helmet that I had just used at the skatepark when I hit my head and the helmet saved me to my upcoming docters apointment and showed it to him. He said just by looking at it, I might have died on impact if I didn't wear a helmet.

PS The helmet had ahuge crack in it.

i longboard dont get me cuz im a longboarder but i cant wear no wrist gards they dont fit with slide gloves on

@pdubs926 I longboard too.. And when you longboard.. all you need is .. helmet, knee pads and a «vertebral column» protection. xP Sorry I speak french so i don't know if you understand my «back protection» but, anyway, it's to protect your spine when you fall on the back at 60mp/h xD

@Sergua1208 i live in france too well right now i am ive been in france for abotut 2 years i live in grenloble im leaving in a week for the u.s. i snowboard so i know about back protection i mostly ride slalom i ride a little downhill fastes ive hit is 45 mph or 70 75 km/h

@pdubs926 Ah, no, it's the same dialect as the french from France but we use a lot of english. Like «thank you» instead of «merci». x) But the people in France don't always understand us because of the different... SMS? you can get wristguards with, or without wrist support, the day i stopped skateboarding was the day that i got shot in the face with a bb gun, stumbled, and broke my wrist because i fell on it wrong, should've had wrist guards =]
