Soy is perfectly fine IF, and this is a big if, you supplement with iodine. The isoflavones in soy inhibit iodine from attaching to thyroxine, but enough iodine blocks soy. It's no accident seaweed is in the Japanese diet, and seaweed is the chief source of iodine by far. The FDA's RDA is 100x too low. Furthermore, there is no medical definition for a "toxin". That word and adrenal fatigue are bullshit, no offense.
My Son was on Soy, cause he was allergic to milk (when he was a baby) and now he has a lot of medical problems which I believe were caused by Soy. There maybe some benefits but there is also Toxins in there to. He is 18 years now.

I don't know.... a lot of Doctors and scientists say Soy is Bad... esp... Soy isoflavone..
i figure if the Dept. of Agriculture promotes it... and FDA promotes it.... IT MUST BE BAD !!
