this is deceptive how you explained it. "this ball always going across, this ball always going straight up", but that's not actually what you're doing. when you have it going full-speed, both balls are following the same arc to the middle of the body. it took me hours to figure this out.

@WhoIsThisIdiot I would say so but the arm that is doing the 'over the top' shower throw is also doing a reach over.

Hey guys, I highly recommend downloading this video via Realplayer and watch it in slow motion using the VLC Media Player. Only then it becomes visible what exactly he's doing.

my suggestion is download this vid with either a program or via a page and

then play it with media player classic in slow mode. saves a lot of time

im pretty sure this trick is called the "windmill" and its easy to learn if you do a half shower but instead of the underthrow going towards the other hand it should go under the arm and back towards the side of the body of the arm that threw it.
