I was in Italy during this world cup. I have never experienced so much passion and joy in my entire life. I became Italian and celebrated with them.

I never had so much fun.

Its a shame the England supporters (at least this generation) cannot experience these emotions. Its like HEAVEN.

@ARod016 well add that after that season he played with Inter ( won the league) but wasn't impressive, then one year with Lione in France (bad season) and then at Juventus until this year (very bad season)....so it's one of those players who find their "moment" in a few games .... it was his World Cup, he will never be forgotten, but he left "only" that mark in football history.
