The phrase "Aiin" has nothing to do with "ai" (love). It was a catchphrased coined by Ken Himura that became popular at the time. It doesn't exactly have any comprehendable meaning in the Japanese language. Some say it means "Enough!" but it can't really be comprehended even in Japanese i guess thats why it was so fun.
