This is actually a lens flare. The motions of this "angel" are in line with the motion of the camera. The light from that (I'm assuming fire?) is refracting off the lens itself creating the illusion of an outside light moving around. If you were to use the same equipment with another source of light like that one you could duplicate these results everytime.
