I'm not sure why anyone would want to make such a big deal out of this commercial using an existing idea to build upon - unless there are intellectual property rights issues, of course.

I think it's a clever idea to take the treadmill idea place it in the street with ordinary people and use it to illustrate what Berocca makes you feel like (supposedly) - it is a TV commercial - it's not meant to be high art.

I think they are clever in how they have re-used this idea.
