I have scientifically proven why Egyptians have that accent. The reason why they cannot pronounce 'P' properly is because there is no 'P' in arabic, there is only a 'B', called the letter 'beh'. So they only know how to pronounce b and don't have much practice. It's all in the letters and conjuctions.
