What Jeane basically said in the sped up part of the cutscene was that Jeane's father abandoned Jeane's mother when jeane was born and married Travis's mother. Jeane's mother killed herself and Travis's father took advantage of Jeane. He Molested her every day in a rotton apartment until she ran away. She didn't have any money for training so she payed with her body. When her training was complete, she came back and killed Travis's mother and father. Jeane is Travis's half-sister.
