I bought this New Esky 2.4G Nano RTF 4 Channel Mini Helicopter Red on 11/03/2011 for my sons nov. 14th birthday. I got the copter 2 weeks later.

It didnt have the recharge wall adapter .

I done called them 7 times.

Each time i call them , they say its in the mail.

And still no charger.

starting in the morning , i will call them 1once every hour on the hour everyday till they get tired of hearing me.

seems they forgot that the internet is a way of getting the word around for a bad business's.

i want to buy a helli but there is so many brands, also i dont want to buy a helli that has like a 10 15 minute battery life. is there a plane that can at least give me 15 minutes with 1 second of battery life? or more?

just got off the phone with them and they are still screwing me after i done paid them .

i never have seen a so called company act like this.

go buy rc things else where and not from EHeli.com. , they will take your money and not send you what you bought !

XHeli sucks! They just want your money and they really don't want to see or hear from you after that. They don't even allow you to go to their business to buy one in person. Customer service is a joke and you'll have a difficult time trying to get them to answer the phone. They are a bunch of Asians wanting to make a quick buck off all of you and they want to spend the least amount of money supporting their customers. Buy Align from your local hobby store and forget these clowns.

Why dose xheli charge $100 to ship a 1 pound order to michigan ups 2nd day air when it cost them under $25? Why do they charge $26 dollars to send the same package ups ground when it cost them under $8 ? Chargeing outrage shipping cost to make up for "low prices" is dishonest to say the least. God forbid if you need a spare part fast cause you will be raped.

Looks pretty cool, I hope yours doesn't show up with a broken on/off switch because mine did and after being on hold for 45 minutes the guy hangs up on you, then you call back and he says he'll send you an email "today or tomorrow" on how to return it, but you don' t get one because he's a liar. Have fun kids ! I am off to wallpaper the net with this complaint about the cheating jerks @xheli.com

I looked (site wont load up @ work) and I dont see any spare parts for the Mini Agilely Glider. I need the "B" rotor and possibly landing gear. Both "feet" broke off mine but i made something that I think will work. Where in the 626 are you?

@Hyundaifixer good luck getting ahold of someone. I purchased a helicopter from these guys and it was no good within a week. I called At least 10 times and it was always busy when I finally got through I tried customer service and they hung up on me. I emailed them six or seven times with no e-mail back. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping back! It flew 10 flights been the battery in the helicopter was no good. Don't you think they should stand behind their product? Buyer beware!

A decent coax would work, along with training gear, and some spare blades. Lama, Big Lama, etc. Check Xheli's page, look under "beginner" helis. I'd go with a coax if you're totally green.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Xheli. I odered a heli from them and it was defective so I thought no big deal I will call and exchange. BIG Mistake. Crappy Customer Service. I have emailed and called three times, still nothing over a $40.00 Helicopter? Thank God I didn't order a expensive one from Xheli. If you are even thinking about ordering from XHELI look at all of the complaints on the net first.....
