The bill is a good one, but the only thing I worry about is the prevention of innovation. I doubt it will happen to companies like Amazon, but for smaller companies that are online, it would be hard for them to sell in a state like Tennessee, which has a high sales tax. They could lose a customer base because of the increase of prices.
Nonetheless, it doesn't seem fair that one could go around the sales tax, but we live in the age of the internet, and many things work many different ways.
