@bdashiz he stands in a raised square with rope barriers whilst wearing nothing but his underwear and kneepads, he then proceeds to hug another man and chuck his oiled body around until finally he can lay on top of him for that sweet release of 1...2...3. In other words hes a professional wrestler. search Stevie Richards, he is quite big and had a long run in the WWE
I use a mini as my main workstation. You just need to hook it up to a decent external drive and hub via firewire - the stock HD isn't worth using or even replacing.
Thanks Micheal. I relly appreciate your updates as they tend to answer some of the questions that come to mind during the original presentation. It is one of the features that distingishes your conetnt from many others.
Why the problem with the drobo? I thought it would have been ideal for the mac mini media centre.
the Mac Mini 1st gen Intel was my first Mac and i love it. Once i bought my MBP in Dec. I connected it to my Sony Bravia and I use it to play my downloaded movies...
if only they sold one device that did everything you needed !!!!
It should run fine. For comparison's sake, my laptop uses an old core duo 1.86Hz (not core 2) + 4GB ram and I use it from everything to surfing the web to photoshop editing; no problems (the current mini's clock between 2-2.26GHz).
I'm using XP atm but I'd imagine the mini will run everything you need it to. Putting aside external media, large capacity internal 2.5" sata drives can also be had fairly cheap now so upgrading internal storage (as well as system memory) shouldn't be a problem.
what do you do for a living your jacked and have lots of expensive technology plz tell me how you do this

it's great for a first Mac. You can edit in iMovie 09 among other tasks.
