And you not supposed to measure your arms when you have a pump, so this guy could have trained his bi's and tri's already which would add an extra inch or two atleast.   • on my arms day my arms go from 17.5 to close to 19 inches man. Tri and bi bump will definetly give you an inch at least on your arms during a pump especially if the muscle is big as it is, more blood will be rushing through it, compared to an amateur who has maybe 14 inch arms. Lee priest arms during his pump increase by almost 2 inches.

  • I will get to have 20 inch arms with 5 percent bodyfat....I will use steroids to get there....I already use steroids...let me tell you something. This year I started with 15 percent bodyfat 14.5 inch arms....now 6 months later I have 17.5 inch arms...6 percent bodyfat.....I think 1.5 more inch will be nothing if I keep using steroids.

  • @stavs16 I'd believe about 19, maybe not on the dot, but a little less. I have 14 1/2 which i'm proud of. Though, I doubt that he didn't take any sups to get that big. The form isn't TOO bad, but there is a lot of bouncing around and taking advantage of momentum, needs to be more controlled. Other than that, you could probably lift it easy still on the preacher, i still wouldn't recommend doing that standing up or your going to really hurt your back later in life.

  • My mate has 18+ inch arms without the use of steroids and he has only been working his triceps for the last 3 months (quite small) so i reckon he will get close to 20inches when his triceps have fully developed.He would be around 12% body fat.He does 150lbs free weight curls with good form.

  • His form blows. Swinging really hard, arching his back, not even doing a full range of movement. I do 100 lbs. preacher curls, 19" arms and I'm 17. It's hard to do preacher curls with bad form. That's why I do them- you CAN'T fuck up, so you get the desired results every time.

    There's a kid at my school who standing curls 120 lbs, he has tiny arms, and practically lays down on every curl he's swinging so bad. Without form, you get nowhere.

    Oh, and I weigh 275, so I'm a big guy.
