The green Pumpkin seed in Illinois, Fox river to be exact, Venom Lures Tube jig 1/8 once. flipping it on 8lb berkley gold/Clear Florocarbon line Right into the Canoe shoots, EVERY CAST!!! i kid you not! they were hammering this Tube bait, Switched to Purple/ Black and Blue, Orange, red's just about every other color, NOTHING, Switch back to green BAM BAM BAM!!! 3 LARGE MOUTH! yes i said LARGEMOUTH in the Fox river on the green tube jig, w/ about 12 9-14" smallmouths in under 1 hour
seems like i always have alot of luck with white no matter what

i find that slamming a six pack prior to fishing helps no matter what color your bait is

I like junge bug thats my main worm color ... that and pumpkin seed .. maybe some flip flop purple at night
