getting "caught" means you got finished.. and if my memory serves me correct, machida won that fight. I agree with you partially, but a black belt shows the amount of time you have put into that aspect of fighting. Its not like he got his blackbelt at the local YMCA, he got it training in BRAZIL. That speaks for itself.
