1) Because i know Arash Howaida myself and he doesnt copy

2) The compose maybe the same turkish folklore but the Music Arrangments are totally different

3) and last the lyrics is total different in both songs what makes mirwais hamrahs and Arash Howaidas song individual its there own songs and no copied.
