Lost her chance at citizenship? All she has to do is go to Mexico and sneak back in over the Rio Grande!
I think NPS is confusing people on purpose. Don't forget one suggestion from the enviros was permanent closures to make it less confusing. Of course what ever would remain open could be closed at will. All over a couple of birds...insane.
I dunno, I guess she could move to Belgium or somewhere else in the EU. Then there wouldn't be the problem with citizenship. Besides, life is much better in Europe these days anyway.
The National Park Service is retarded! I was camping at a pre-existing campsite in Allegheny NF one time, and they gave one of us a ticket for camping within 100 feet of the reservoir, which was bullshise. So this was in Pennsylvania and my friend was a military veteran from Kentucky, he decides not to pay the $100 fine. They start sending threatening letters to his house and he replies all proper, ie "stop wasting paper". He ends up with a job in the Grand Tetons a couple years later and they-
-cont.- the US Marshalls came to his parents' house in Kentucky looking for him. They end up finding out that he is working in Wyoming, as river gude on the Snake River. One day as he was bringing in a raft of tourists, the US marshalls came up to him and arrested him. They tried to scare him and kept him in jail untill someone came and paid the $100. They spent about $5000 dollars in tax money to enforce a $100 camping infraction...marxist bureaucracy
Okay, I must say. I am on your side. There is no use in you and me yelling about what the issues are. I am very well aware of what is going on there, especially having grown up and lived there.
But Jesus you are an anti-political conspirator. The government is bad, BUT not the end of the world(well, maybe obama is the end of the world). The NPS is very strict and hateful, BUT it's not all their fault, some yes but not completely. I still believe the blame lies solely on the GreenieWeenies.
Defending the NPS for following orders makes you a fool. Of the NPS hadn't sat on its ass an not developed a plan for 38 years they couldn't have been sued by Audubon and we wouldn't be in the mess. By the way I was in DC this morning successfully lobbying to reopen the beach. You're welcome.
In violation of its responsibility defined in Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution, the federal government allows States to be illegally invaded by thousands, monthly.
Meanwhile, Federal Doughnut-larders pull panty-waste stunts like this on a woman in front of her children for appreciating America the Beautiful
Just to let all you missunderstanders know, this is nothing the fault of the NPS. Why blame the messenger. We need to address the source, the Audubon, Sierra Club, Southern Defenders of Wildlife and other such organizations. They are the groups responsible for shutting down our beaches and the ones who deserve prosecution for the forceful removal of our rights that were given to us over 50 years ago.
Once again, please do research before opening you fat trap. If this land wasn't federally owned it would look like Myrtle Beach. It is the government ownership of the land that stops it from being over developed. Also back when the government was good(Theodore Roosevelt) our national parks were set up as hunting, fishing and recreation areas to be protected by the park service. Without outside interference they could maybe do a good job.
Ooh, great job getting your facts straight. Instead of the good, wholesome republican Roosevelt, you are thinking about the socialist who screwed over the country bad enough that it took hitler to fix it.
You have established you are an insolent child who worships the federal government and will likely feel some kind of victory because this woman was harassed and cited by a pointless park ranger with nothing better to do.
If ever you graduate to earning a living, you can show your loyalty by reporting your earnings each year and paying the tithe collectors for the Synagogue of Satan
Lets bring this back to what this whole thing is about. MY island is being harassed by people who were given false authority. Where in this did you come to the conclusion that I like the Feds or the Park Narcs. Just because I defend them from senseless verbal abuse does not mean I like them. I know people who are Park Rangers, some of them are nice, good people. Others just abuse power. It's just hard to justify blanket statements.
No it's not their land, it's the public's land the gov is supposed to manage it. They do not own it. It belong to the people to use as RECREATION as the congressional law that created the park clearly states.
Wrong-O, the executive order only means that the park service has to come up with a plan. Period. The Judge gave the mentalists the power over the NPS at Cape Hatteras.
All the parks seem to have been training park service people to act as cops and basicly become tax farmers for their respective agency. Also, have you had to pay to get into a national park lately?? With corporate government, you have to wonder who owns these parks??
what are we going to do to stop this insanity ????I knowalot of people have been protesting this writting letters and such but it seems to do nothing..
thousands of people had this happen this summer because they didn't know you couldn't walk on any of the most popular beaches. More people need to tell their stories like she did on video so outsiders can understand how insane the NPS is on Hatteras.
It's a mad mad world full of unjustice and getting worse by the day. Wish her all the best and stand strong for a couple of years and our world will change dramatacilly and we'll be free - I hope .

Yes it does, and fools are always too late to shut their cud holes.

I have a better question. Why does she even want to be a citizen? The US is a dumbed down autistic police state.

Correction: Federal (police) pull pantywaist (as in a male who behaves in a weak or effeminate manner) stunts like this . . .

Who Enforces the illegal 'laws'?
Federal Police Power is Unconstitutional and Dangerous
onefodderunit 2 years ago
The laws are not illegal. There was a corrupt judge who gave power to the environMENTALists.

Parks and beaches are not property of the federal government.
Remember: Loyal power-worshipers always file on time.
