the song made me "want to stop and notice the earth", she performed a song that was lyrically deep yet melodically simple, just like MJ did. Very in sync with the song,

I honestly like some of Michael Jackson's songs, however Earth Song was an song I didnt connect to the vocals until I saw it signed by Janis and I was like WOW!

I love this vid, I'm a big fan of ASL songs and plan to learn a few myself to do. This was one of the songs I really wanted to do, but oh well, the nice thing about ASL is there are many ways to interpret the same lyrics.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is MORE powerful than any of Michael's live performances of Earth Song. Even the controversial one from the Brit Awards (the "Messiah" one). As a longtime signer and a longtime Michael fan, I am confident that this is even BETTER than the man himself. True mastery of signed music videos (Scream too). Beautiful.
