My sis lived in Japan and says: They're playing a game called "rhythm roulette". One teammate had to say a word starting with the syllable "ta", and the other had to come out with a sound associated with the word in the selected rhythm. If the sound they said didn't match up with the word...like the last one, where they said "beep, beep, beep" for the word "dial", which doesn't make sense, they had to play the Batsu-game, which was standing in the booth until the giant balloons explode on them.
