HD Test - Doom

Guys how come when i run JDoom the Console dosen't appear and then when i read the text it said something about something is wrong with one of the .pyds i am using Beta 5.1. please help anything is good just please help i wanna see jdoom again all Skulltag is fine and ZDoom but not Doomsday Engine please help.

Has any port actually replaced the sprites with proper 3D models or is that impossible?

look at the related tab to this vid. there's quite a few. there's also some doom3 total conversions, but those don't feel right, though they're nice eye candy.

zDoom is exactly the same as orginal doom or doom2

theres no '' features'' you just got it all wrong

zDoom was the windows port which was included in Final Doom and allows you to play in SVGA as well as use mouse aiming, etc.

i think i know who got it all wrong.

@trippyay i know this is old comment but Zdoom wasn't included with Final Doom, Doom 95 was included with Final Doom :P

I think DOOM in HD shall mean the beginning of machinimas in HD!

I think if they could make a source port of DOOM specifically tailored for machinima moviemaking, I think it should have the option of removing the status bar, and have a 3rd person in-game camera for real-time machinima moviemaking, and should also have more flexible real-time machinima moviemaking!

Doom in psuedo-HD, bitches. I've got all the Doom games on Steam (iD Mega-Turbo-Ultima pack, or whatever it's called), and I also run them through the Doomsday engine. Mouse look is whoo, jumping is nooo. Good fun to play them again.

Also, I'm running a Greasemonkey script that automatically pushes out the HD content from Youtube, but doesn't resize the video, instead keeping it at normal scale. Much higher quality in a smaller space, and easy enough to go full screen for the fuller effect.
