I heard rumors (maybe its old news alrdy, srry for that) that in the next 12months orso LOTRO is gonna be a free game to all to play. So prolly not a good time to get a lifetime subscription :-). I heard it has all to do with the succes of D&D (same maker)

Save lotro? Go to any game site. you will see lotro ads everywhere. they are doing VERY well.

Now if they could fix overpopulation issues.

I find all the battles in PVE of this game are epic battles.

As for PVM. Who cares? Honestly. Its like starting in the Shire. And never leaving. And complaing you never get any content. It is only a small part of the game. Get your ass out and do something else :P

PVE has never been epic! Epic battles have always been about the human mind confronting not the AI products of the human mind but human intelligence directly. AI isn't good enough to make anything epic - keep working it Turbine - one of these years I might see a real siege warfare yet!

It sounds like they are planning 24 vs 24 PVP battles. Add one soldier to each and that's 96 characters fighting, plus pets, so easily over 100..
