appears to be a bug flying around a camera that is running super night shot plus feature which slows the framerate down to capture the full surroundings. i have seen many of these in alot of super night shot cemetery videos.

In fact, the said nature also confirmed by an entomologist from the University of California that I have contacted yet the anomaly's behavior in this video clips do not behave as those of insects. In peace, love and light.
