  • Does anyone know anything about Walter's life apart from his music? I was thinking about my harmonica hero and realised I don't know if he had any relationships with anybody. There's that song.. 'Christine' on the Carey Bell album. I find biographies but they're just lists of musicians he played with and albums he cut.

  • @Horwellston big walter horton right there playing the harmonica player was the harmonica player in "the blues brothers" in the scene with john lee hooker out on the street...interesting tidbit

  • this song is on the Blues Anthology vol.4 - Real Chicago Blues 1969 album and it's called "For The Love of Mike"
