hey key green in new \to ableton live i was wondering if u had any tips on choppin/warping samples i use the lit 8 version and doesnt have the slice to midi option on my version also i just figured out how to import my own drums into the library but the only way i can get drum rack to open is by using abletons drum kits..thanks in advance.
@noglesby1 since u have the Lite vers, I would suggest using Impulse, you can click/drag your own drums to it...other than that, your best bet is to upgrade, as far as chopping? you really need that midi slice option..also look up Ski Beats' Ableton vid..hope this helps, enjoy the music...peace
