Maybe use that kinda "showtime" music in JFA as the victory theme? The one that plays at the intro to Turnabout Big Top? (No idea what it's called) It's short and victorious.

I still don't know if Phoenix would make a good Smash Bro, but I can see him being an Assist Trophy shouting "Hold It!" to freeze an enemy, "Take That!" to throw "evidence" out there as weapons, or "Objection!" to have a similar effect as a Home-Run Bat Smash.

I think that "Unlockable stage 1" Music was actually the intro music to case 5 in the first game. it all sounds the same.

Also I stand by my statement that while Phoenix may be tricky as a trophy, a good assist trophy would be Maya. She would randomly channel different people, each with different effects. Like Mia would heal the user. Or Dahlia would fly around the screen dropping recovery items, but one or more is poisened and taking it results in major damage.

If he was playable, how could he move in that suit? that can't be easy to jump around in. and i think it would be easier if Phoenix's alternate outfits were Edgeworth's clothes, Von Karma Sr's outfit, and maybe have Maya as an assist trophey. she could channel different people to do different things, like Mia to heal the user, and Dahlia to fly around like a demon hurting everyone in her random path.

B Down - Badger Shield; Phoenix would hold up the Blue Badger (one that Gumshoe made out of plywood) and use it as a projectile shield, which would break on contact with a projectile or physical attack. It could be moved in positions using left and right. He'd carry it around until he either discards it or it's broken.

Final Smash: Not Guilty. The judge gives his verdict of: Not Guilty. A Not and Guilty appears on the screen and sends the other brawlers flying.

B - Objection!; It would be a chargeable finger poke, simalar to Marth's shield breaker(Exept wouldn not go down.)

B Side - Decisive Evidence; Phoenix would toss a document, or other evidence, varying in power, at an opponent.

B Up - Franzy's Whip; Remember in JFA at the end where Edgeworth gives Phoenix Franziska's Whip? Yeah, he'd rocket that upwards.
