sometimes when I blow my nose theres blood

its from being so congested that blowing or sneezing makes you bleed it will go away but if it doesnt get to your doc hope that helps

I misunderstood the question, sorry :-p his allergies are mainly pollen and dust! I live in a highly pollinated zone and in my balcony you can see massive amounts of pollen and even in the air, it looks like its snowing sometimes!
