I am going to personally hunt you down to the ends of the earth if I have to, and I am going to kill you with my bare hands, then piss all over you, cut you into pieces, burn the pieces, and throw them at foreign people because I'm a massive racist. Then I will kill those that you love. Then I will burn an orphanage, kill the president, kill the presidents family, destroy america with missiles and skip church on Sunday. Why? I blame black people and gays and non Christians.
Radiohead has done so much more than anyone else to create new sounds, and new ways to rock even harder. They also just continue to bust out incredible album after incredible album. Combine that with the best lyrical artist since John Lennon in Thom Yorke, and you have the best band of this generation. All hail Radiohead.
@aijunk2 You are obviously the kind of person who thinks they know it all and need to exert (what they think is) their superior intelligence on others. You know what they call that? Pretentious. As if there was any factual method of precisely pinpointing the exact genre specifications between alternative, experimental, and art rock that would move you to correct someone else's perfectly reasonable comment...Any more opinions you would like to disprove with another opinion?
@MrCharles5770 I don't understand half of what you're saying, in any of your posts, but Bodysnatchers is a great song, and that is coming from a 22 year old that has never used drugs or alcohol in his life.

you know that feeling you get when you go underwater in a pool? that split second before you go under all the chaos around you, be it….other kids or people in the pool move and swim around so fast. then you go underwater and it’s a complete different world. you see a slow motion world. i get the same feeling from listening to Radiohead.
@MrBekah514 i feel alive while the final part plays,it's a kind of energy flowing inside me that makes me remember that i have the powerful to change my life in any moment
2:07 on has always sounded to me like something coming off the rails, spinning away and out. And then Thom's lyrics in that section, in the span of 30 seconds or so, describe modernity, malaise, capitalism, globalization and what is means to be a human in the 21st century, what it means to try and be an individual in a society and world bent on erasing and squashing your every dream, desire and hope. unreal band

Radiohead prove further that they can release anything to critical acclaim with this collection of elevator tunes and indie electronic college crap pop. Even if you argue that maybe this music just isn't for me just look at the lyrics to see the lack of effort here. Every positive user review is hysterically identical "haven't creamed my pants this bad since OK Computer." Either way, fanboys will be fanboys
@RazorsharpLT You are a Coldplay fanboy therefore your opinion is invalid. Elevator music? Um, if you want elevator music look no further than *trumps* Coldplay. And you can't talk about lyrics dude when Chris isn't exactly Dylan.
@RazorsharpLT Im going to argue that music isnt for you because lyrics and music itself are pretty different. Im pretty sure 95% of music grading is based off music itself. Besides maybe the lyrics are also something that isnt right for you. Maybe they have pure legitimate reasons to use those lyrics. How can you define effort in lyrics?
@antisadism Actually no, not really. Lyrics are taken into consideration a lot in reviews and most of the time, it is possible to define effort in lyrics. Same goes for the music itself.
this is my third favorite radiohead song. so obviously its one of the best songs of all time. and yes, when this song does its little break down and then rocks out its like gold
@JoKerJamez11 Go and have a listen to Bangers & Mash. It was recorded in the same sessions as this song. It's on the In Rainbows bonus disc. Another great up-tempo rock number.

How they manage to skip galaxies of musical boundaries in one leap is extraordinary. Easily the best band of all time, and this song serves as a haunting reminder.
Last year when the snow started to melt and the weather was a little more welcoming to a recreational jogger such as myself, I took off through the streets of Kansas City with an mp3 player and a marginal amount of THC in my spinal column from earlier that morning.
At 2:07 of this particular track I experienced a what could only be described as a transcendental physical moment, at the foot of what seemed to be an asphalt mountain.
Me and some friends learned how to play this on guitar/bass/drums and we got the effects down just one problem.... HOW THE $^@# ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SING LIKE THOM?!?!?!
@TKOLRMX i know he isn't in this song buddy. But in several of their songs he does so you would have to learn falsetto to play in a radiohead cover band
@chloenaiter What you do is, go to a Radiohead concert. Then jump up on stage and rape Thom Yorke and get a sperm sample. Then clone him (like in Austin Powers). Then kill the clone after the performance, apologize to the real Thom, then go home and listen to all of Kid A while eating beef jerky and drinking Monster. Problem solved.
