Jai is what we say when we pray to our gods. Like "Jai Ganesha" (Ganesha being a Hindu god) and ho means like "to be" or i guess "so be it". I have heard a lot of people say it means "have victory" but it doesn't. Also "You are my destiny" is like an english version of a title, it has nothing to do with the meaning of "Jai Ho" The meaning of the song is actually pretty lame, I really like the sound, but it doesn't mean a lot. (or maybe i just don't get the symbolism :)
