Fallout 3 was released in 2008. Unless the creators of Fallen Earth made this game in 1 year i can hardly imagine it being a ripoff. They may have been inspired by earlier Fallout games but seriously... i think this looks pretty damn original. And since Bethesda don't wanna listen to the public and actually make a freaking MMO i think this is a good idea.

Interplay has the rights for the Fallout MMO, they kept that one for themselves. So dont fault Bethesda, because they dont have the rights to make a Fallout MMO.

I would have said Fallout copycat more than ripoff lol. With raiders, mutants, and a cult, it's pretty similar. BUT.. that won't stop me from playing this game ;) Looks bad ASS.
