Second- Which program did you used for make the video so fast?

@Murensesi First: Song name is "HR 8938 Cephei", By Deadmau5

Second: You can do this with every decent editing program like Adobe Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas. What you do is change the speed or duration of the clip itself. Im guessing since this is a long video that it was probably around 200-300% over normal speed.
