"Butterfly Winter'' was the best episode.

Those devices were monstrous. no wonder that news was clamped down by official censorship.

Yeah, poor old Cpl Salt bought the farm in that episode! :( Those butterfly bombs were really nasty. They plasted Grimsby with them & it caused chaos. The British put a news blackout on it & the Germans never knew just how successful the device had proven to be.

I used to rush home from School way back in 1979 to see this I think it was shown twice on the same day about 3 ok and 11 ish... butterfly winter and the Pier are my favourite episodes

loved uxb must buy box set saw felix in ni nothing but respect for the men to many never came back from there

Classic UXB all to true that all those men were

test guinea pigs for the german fuzes,and didnt even get a medal.
