With a pull type combine you have to watch the header(sickle and reel) to make sure your cutting the crop along the full width of the head and not taking too much where you can miss some. You also have to make sure the crop is going into the combine, you can plug the machine up. The reel can be lowered and raised also to adjust to differnt crop conditons, i/e some areas of the field can be taller than others.
Good to hear! My Dad and I have 17 if you count the two lawn mowers. We also have a fair amount of equipment. If I get some time I hope to add more videos.

Good to see, My dad bought a d17 new in 1959, he was 21. we still use it today allways shedded. wish it had power steering like the newer series
