I think it is better then shellac. It's worth for you to prepare a set(30colors) in your salon. Don't forget to use LED lamp. It taks you only 30 secs for each coat, no matter colors or top coat (Base coat only takes you 10secs). You will love it.

what do u do when theres new growth?

You need to use nsi Acetone to soak it off. Then, after remove cuticles, apply new colors. It's very easy.
