If nothing on the video (sound or otherwise) belongs to him he can actually be taken to court for false claims that he owns rights to the video. You and who ever made them have full copyrights.

Good work. I never was able to re-upload "Ice Queens" after that was taken down. But I got a few other vids up --- these are same kind of thing I've always done, the same kind of stuff that was getting flagged and removed. Ridiculous.
